		<description>scissors for pizza sounds like a great idea to customize the size of the slice asymmetrically.  bamboo is way less absorbent than wood and more eco-friendly.  i switched to bamboo because i hated the possibility of meat juice soaking up a chop board.  thanks for the checklist.  :)</description>
